My dear friend and co-creator, Sophia and I designed this challenge in a way that will not only present you with a physical practice every day, but will also help you find or reconnect with the qualities that foster a consistent personal practice, connecting you back to yourself in body, mind and breath.

The 30-day program consists of:
 
  • A printable 30-day calendar to remind you of your commitment, looking at how far you’ve come, what you’ve accomplished and how your journey is unfolding.

  • Short, manageable daily videos between 20 and 45 minutes each day to practice in your own time, in your own space.
     

  • A combination of physical asana practices, breathwork, meditation and mobility practices.
     

  • Daily messages giving you some inspiration, some food for thought and some ideas on how to expand your developing journey.

Your commitment to yourself:
 
  • Show up for yourself every single day for 30 days – no excuses

  • Be present in your journey 

  • Keep a journal (if you’d like to) of your experience and what comes up emotionally, physically, spiritually or intellectually for you.

How it works:
 
  • You will receive a daily email, which will contain a little information, a little inspiration or a little explanation connected with your practice.  The email will also contain a link to access the YouTube recording of the day’s practice.
     

  • If you can make the space in your day, spend some time reflecting after your practice.
     

  • You will have access to the YouTube 30-day library and be able to repeat the 30-day challenge as many times as you want after you have completed the first one.​​

What you’ll need:
 
  • A yoga mat (any mat will do).

  • Some yoga props (if you have) such as blocks, straps, blankets, bolsters.  If you have none of these, use books, ties/scarves, cushions instead.  We’ll give you a head’s-up at the beginning of the practice about what you’ll need on the day.
     

  • A laptop computer / smartphone / tablet.
     

  • Wi-Fi or data connection that enables you to stream a video for 30 – 60 minutes.
     

  • A space (or time) where you can practice uninterrupted by your household or work colleagues or pets, for a dedicated time each day.
     

  • A speaker (or other device) from where you can stream music if you want to use our playlists or your own background music.  If you prefer to practice in silence, then the choice is always yours.
