Group Classes
As a nomadic yoga teacher, it is a privilege to be able to teach as a substitute teacher at various locations in and around Hilversum. Having a flexible teaching schedule allows me the opportunity to place my attention where it is needed - creating retreats, workshops and courses.
If you’d like to know where I’ll be teaching, keep an eye on the “join a class” flag on my home page, where I will update the scheduled classes for each week.
If you’re unsure of which style of yoga is best suited for you, have a look at the short descriptions below or reach out to chat to me if you're unsure.

Slow Flow Yoga is a gentle, mindful practice that blends breath with movement at a relaxed pace. This meditative flow allows time to explore each pose, deepen awareness, and build strength with ease. Perfect for all levels, Slow Flow Yoga encourages balance, flexibility, and inner calm, making it an ideal practice for those seeking a grounding and nourishing experience.

Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice that targets the deep connective tissues, joints, and fascia through long-held, passive postures. With an emphasis on stillness and breath, Yin invites you to soften, release tension, and cultivate inner awareness. This practice enhances flexibility, restores balance, and encourages deep relaxation, making it a perfect complement to more dynamic forms of movement.

Yang-Yin Yoga blends the dynamic energy of Yang with the deep, meditative stillness of Yin. The practice begins with an active, flowing sequence to build strength and heat, followed by longer-held, grounding postures to release tension and restore balance. This harmonious fusion of movement and stillness nurtures both body and mind, leaving you feeling energized, centered, and deeply relaxed.

Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic and flowing style of yoga that links breath with movement. Each pose transitions into the next, creating a rhythmic and meditative practice that builds strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. It allows for endless variations, making every class a unique experience. Whether you're seeking energy, balance, or a moving meditation, we invite you to connect with your body, breath, and inner flow.
