
Individual Yoga

Yoga consists of so much more than physical poses. It is a lifestyle that encompasses movement, breath, meditation, mindfulness, living values and consistency.

Individual yoga classes are specific, intentionally designed 60-90 minute sessions that focus on one student or a small private group. Our time together is tailored to achieve individual goals, such as learning the basics of the practice, better alignment, philosophy, meditation or just preparing you for what to expect in larger group environments.

Private yoga sessions can be done online, or in person if you reside in or around Hilversum.

My approach
Much the same as my yoga journey, my teaching journey constantly is constantly evolving. I bring little pearls of wisdom from a wide range of disciplines into my teaching style.
​
I am formally trained as a 500-hour Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance Certified yoga schools in Johannesburg and Cape Town. I have, however, pursued a myriad of complementary disciplines ranging from Buddhist philosophy to Mindfulness and Meditation, Hindu mythology and Yin Yoga.
Yoga is so much more than making shapes with your body – it is a mindful practice that allows you to explore all the parts of yourself both on and off the mat. I enjoy guiding classes that allow each individual to connect with the unique language of their body and their breath, sometimes through a challenging Vinyasa practice and sometimes through a calming Yin practice.
